It uses a proprietary algorithm that weighs 54 careers across 12 dimensions, then ranks them by fit score. The test takes 10 minutes and provides your top 10 career matches with detailed descriptions.
Career Match integrates insights from Big Five (personality), RIASEC (interests), and Work Values (priorities)—the three most validated career assessment frameworks. When all three align, our algorithm achieves 85-90% satisfaction correlation. However, no test can predict with 100% certainty; use results as a starting point for exploration, not a final answer.
Retake Career Match every 2-3 years or after major life changes (new skills, career pivot, values shift). Your interests and priorities evolve, especially early in your career. If you're actively exploring, take it every 6 months to track changes.
