How does Cloud Run handle scaling?

Cloud Run monitors requests per second. Each instance handles 50-100 concurrent requests (configurable). When load increases, Cloud Run creates new instances (seconds). When traffic drops, old instances shut down. You pay only for the time instances are running (0.1s billing increment).

Can I run long-running tasks on Cloud Run?
