I spent years in tech as a CBDO, building products and scaling businesses. Along the way I watched countless talented people stuck in careers that didn't fit them β not because they lacked skills, but because they never had the tools to understand what actually drives them. Personality assessments existed, sure. But the good ones were locked behind $20β50 paywalls, and the free ones were glorified horoscopes.
That frustrated me enough to build JobCannon. The idea is simple: self-discovery should be free and accessible to everyone. Not gated. Not watered down.
