As Ones grow, they shift from correcting partners to appreciating them. They learn that love is not earned through being right. Healthy Ones become supportive without controlling, and their natural sense of fairness becomes a gift rather than a weapon.
Growing Ones move from micromanaging to mentoring. They learn to delegate without anxiety, trust colleagues’ methods even when different from their own, and channel their drive for excellence into inspiring rather than criticizing their teams.
Wing 9 (1w9) adds patience and philosophical depth but can increase passive-aggression. Wing 2 (1w2) adds warmth and desire to help but can amplify moral crusading. Growth means integrating the positive qualities of both wings.
