Hetzner Cloud is a German infrastructure provider offering VPS, bare-metal servers, and managed Kubernetes at fraction of AWS/GCP cost. Servers are located in Europe and Asia. Simple API, straightforward pricing (no hidden fees), and excellent network connectivity within Europe. Hetzner is popular with European startups, bootstrapped SaaS, and companies wanting to avoid vendor lock-in. It's not a full-stack cloud (no AI services, limited managed databases), but for basic compute and storage, it's hard to beat on price.
