Session Recording FullStory

FullStory is a session recording platform that captures user interactions on your website or app: clicks, form inputs, page scrolls, errors. It records sessions as searchable, playable videos. You can search for sessions matching criteria (a user who dropped off checkout, a user who encountered a 404 error) and watch what they did. FullStory also provides heatmaps showing aggregate click/scroll patterns. FullStory bridges the gap between quantitative analytics (aggregate metrics) and qualitative insights (actual user behavior). Analytics tells you "10% conversion rate"; FullStory shows you why the other 90% didn't convert.
