User Interview Facilitation is the art of conducting effective interviews with users to uncover needs, motivations, and pain points. Good interviews go beyond asking questions; they create safe spaces where users feel comfortable sharing honest feedback (even negative feedback). You ask open-ended questions, listen deeply, ask follow-ups, and avoid leading users toward your assumptions. Interviews can be structured (set list of questions) or semi-structured (guide, but flexible). You recruit matching participants, conduct the interview, record with consent, transcribe, and analyze for themes.
