Project Management Test అంటే ఏమిటి?
This is a scenario-based project management test: 30 situations of the kind that actually come up mid-project, each with one right answer. A stakeholder asking for an unbudgeted feature two weeks before launch. A schedule that slipped because one dependency was never flagged. A risk that was logged but never owned. You pick the response that actually resolves it, not the one that sounds the most official.

The 30 questions cover five areas — scope, schedule, risk, stakeholders and budget — the decisions a job posting means when it lists project management or project coordination experience. The test is tool-independent: nothing here is about which button to click in Jira or Asana, and nothing asks you to recite a definition out of the PMBOK. It is also methodology-agnostic — some situations read waterfall, some read agile, because most real projects run some blend of both and a project manager has to be fluent in whichever one is in front of them. You get a score in each of the five areas, so a weak spot shows up as a weak spot rather than as a lower total.
It takes about six minutes, there is no signup, and every question describes a specific project decision rather than asking you to name a process. That is the gap this test is built to measure: the difference between having sat through a PM certification and actually knowing what to do when a stakeholder, a schedule and a budget disagree with each other.
