Umhlolo wamahhala weteknoloji weziqu 6-8: imibuzo engama-24 endinganiswa ekukhetheni isetshenziswa elifanele umsebenzi osisekheni, e-hybrid, noma ku-inthanethi, nokuhlobana nokushintsha kweteknoloji emisebenzi.
Yini i-Umhlolo Weteknoloji Yomsebenzi?
This test puts you in twenty-four situations built around two skills. The first is matching a collaboration tool or habit to the setting it actually fits: three teammates in three time zones needing to co-write one document, a hybrid meeting where three people are in the room and two are dialed in, a brainstorm that works better with sticky notes than with any app. The second is tracing a real, specific link between a technology change and a job: a factory adding robots, a store adding self-checkout, a job title like "social media manager" that did not exist twenty-five years ago.

The questions are scored in two areas, twelve each. Collaboration Tools & Settings is about reading what a setting hides or reveals — what a virtual meeting loses that an in-person one gets for free, why a hybrid team keeps leaving its remote half out of decisions made in the room — and picking the tool or habit built for that setting rather than the most familiar one. Technology & the Future of Work is about tracing how a technology change has already reshaped a job, role, or career, and reasoning about what could still change, without pretending to predict exactly which jobs will or will not exist later.
A number of the twenty-four questions ask you to compare two things directly — an in-person version of a task against a hybrid or virtual one, or a career today against the same career years ago — rather than judge a single setting in isolation. That comparison is the skill the test is built to check, not a detour to it. It takes about five minutes, there is no signup, and the two areas were written directly against the Arizona Department of Education eCTE Career Exploration criteria 4.4 (comparing tools and skills across in-person, hybrid, and virtual team settings, under standard 4.0) and 6.2 (examining how technology has impacted current and future workplace roles, jobs, and careers, under standard 6.0).
