This half is simple — it's the ordinary day of the week you were born on: Senin, Selasa, Rabu, Kamis, Jumat, Sabtu, or Minggu.
Step 2: Find Your Pasaran Day
This half is less obvious, because Pasaran days aren't marked on standard Western calendars. Traditionally, Javanese almanacs and primbon references map every calendar date to its corresponding Pasaran day.
