Cloud Scheduler is a managed cron service on GCP. Define a schedule (cron expression), set a target (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, HTTP endpoint, Pub/Sub), and Cloud Scheduler executes it on time. Handles timezones, retries, and logging automatically. Use cases: daily data exports, hourly metric aggregation, scheduled emails, nightly backups, recurring reports.
