Educational free access lets a school or NGO register a cohort of any size, share an invite link, and have students take the full assessment battery and receive their personalised Career Guide at no cost. There is no time limit on the free tier and we have committed to keeping it free for educational use permanently. The free tier is in English only and does not include the coordinator dashboard. For NGOs, school districts, and consultancies who need full localisation (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), branded experience, and an institutional dashboard tuned to their KPIs, we build a partnership. We handle translation, brand theming, and dashboard configuration end-to-end — partners do not need to provide translators or psychometric reviewers. All assessment data is stored on EU servers with GDPR-compliant retention. Coordinators see aggregate cohort metrics by default — never raw individual answers. Individual student summaries (archetype, top career matches) are only visible to coordinators when the student explicitly consents during the assessment. Students can request deletion at any time. We do not sell data, and we do not use cohort data to train models.
Spanish is in active build for the white-label tier following demand from Latin American partners. Other languages are scoped on request as part of a partnership engagement. We handle translation and bilingual psychometric review in-house — partners do not need to provide translators.
