You create campaigns in the Ads Manager dashboard, set daily/campaign budgets, choose targeting (interests, keywords, followers, custom audiences), and pay per impression (CPM), click (CPC), or engagement. X provides real-time analytics on impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. The API allows programmatic campaign management—useful for agencies managing hundreds of campaigns.
