What is the Color Personality Test?
It is a free reflection quiz with 16 everyday scenarios and four answers each. Every answer belongs to one of four original hues: Scarlet, Marigold, Jade or Cobalt. Your result shows the hue you chose most often, plus a second hue, and the whole mix as four bars.
How is my second hue calculated?
It is the hue you chose second most often. If you never picked any other hue, the page calls it a single-hue profile instead of inventing a second one. The bars show every hue, so you can see how close your first and second really were.
How does the test decide when two hues tie?
When two hues have the same number of picks, the tie is settled in a fixed order: Scarlet, Marigold, Jade, then Cobalt. That means a tied label is partly a coin flip, so read the four bars rather than leaning on the headline hue.
Are there right or wrong answers?
No. Every option is something a reasonable person might choose on a normal day, and none of them is scored as better than another. Pick the one that sounds most like you today, not the one you would like to be true.
Why are the answers in a different order each question?
Each hue appears in each position the same number of times across the 16 questions. That stops the first or last option from quietly winning, so the result reflects what you picked and not where it sat on the screen.
Can I use my hue to choose a team or hire someone?
No. The Four Hues is an original model for self-reflection and fun, and it has not been validated against any research instrument. It describes how you answered today. Please do not use it for hiring, assigning teams or any decision about another person.
