Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Culture Fit Assessment?
A 25-question self-report instrument that measures how you naturally operate across four workplace culture dimensions: Collaboration (how you share information and solve problems together), Ownership (how proactively you claim responsibility), Adaptability (how you handle ambiguity and change), and Delivery (how consistently you ship quality output on time). Your highest-scoring dimension becomes your dominant culture archetype.
What are the four Culture Fit dimensions?
Collaboration — joint problem-solving, proactive updates, communication flexibility. Ownership — claiming grey-area responsibilities, naming your own part first in failures, maintaining standards without supervision. Adaptability — comfort with ambiguity, pivoting without losing quality, making decisions under uncertainty. Delivery — shipping under pressure, scope protection, consistent execution from start to finish.
How long does the Culture Fit Assessment take?
About 5 minutes for 25 statements rated on a five-point agreement scale. You receive an instant result with your dominant archetype (The Collaborator, The Owner, The Adapter, or The Executor), a per-dimension bar chart, and the key insight behind your highest score. Premium adds a full per-dimension deep-dive, growth edges, and career-role fit guidance.
Is this used for hiring or self-development?
Both. Individuals use it to understand where they thrive and where they may clash in a given team culture. Hiring teams use the result as a structured starting point for a culture-focused interview — pairing it with work-sample tests and structured behavioural questions. It should not be the sole basis for a hiring decision.
What is reverse scoring and why does this test include it?
Four items in the assessment are reverse-scored: agreeing strongly gives a lower score on that dimension rather than a higher one. This is standard psychometric practice to reduce automatic agreement bias (acquiescence), where people tend to say 'yes' to everything regardless of content. The reverse items make the profile harder to fake and more representative of how you actually behave at work.
