Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Menhera Test (メンヘラ診断)?
A 15-question quiz about how your feelings show up in love. You pick the answer that sounds most like you in each everyday situation, and the result names one of four tendencies: the Reassurance Seeker, the Jealousy Antenna, the Devoted Giver or the Tester. It also gives one of three plain-language levels for how heavily those feelings tend to weigh on you.
Is the Menhera Test a medical or psychological diagnosis?
No. 「メンヘラ」 is internet slang, and this is an entertainment self-understanding quiz, not a medical or psychological assessment. It cannot tell you whether you have a mental health condition. If difficult feelings keep piling up, the result page links to free consultation services listed by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
What do the four results mean?
The Reassurance Seeker needs to hear it and see it to feel safe. The Jealousy Antenna picks up small signals fast and cannot switch them off. The Devoted Giver gives a great deal and quietly hopes the same comes back. The Tester pulls away to see whether a partner holds on. Each result page explains the pattern and suggests one concrete move.
Does the test show a menhera score or percentage?
No. The result shows a type and one of three level labels, with no score, percentage or ranking against other people. A number would suggest a measurement the quiz does not make.
Can I be more than one type?
Yes. The quiz shows the tendency that came up most, and the other three are usually present to a smaller degree. If two tendencies are close, retaking the test on a different day can show a different top result.
