What does the Project Management test cover?
Five areas: scope, schedule, risk, stakeholders and budget. Each question is a scenario — a stakeholder asking for an unbudgeted feature, a slipped dependency, a risk that was logged but never owned — and you pick the response that actually resolves it, not the one that sounds the most official.
Is this test tied to a specific tool or methodology?
No. It is tool-independent — nothing asks which button to click in Jira or Asana — and methodology-agnostic, mixing waterfall and agile situations, because most real projects run some blend of both. Nothing quotes the PMBOK; every question is about a decision, not a definition.
How is my level determined?
Every question has one correct answer, and the total places you in one of four tiers: beginner, intermediate, advanced or expert. You also get a score for each of the five areas, so a strong overall result still shows which area is weaker.
How long does it take?
About 6 minutes. There are 30 questions and no per-question timer, so you can read each scenario properly. Your result appears the moment you finish.
