How are your tests different from CrystalKnows or DISC providers?▼
CrystalKnows charges per user and offers DISC only. Traditional DISC providers charge per person. Gallup charges per person for one test. Is this scientifically valid for hiring decisions?▼
Yes. Our core assessments are based on the most validated frameworks in psychology: Big Five (Costa & McCrae, 1992 — r=0.20-0.30 with job performance), RIASEC Holland Codes (used by US Department of Labor O*NET), DISC (Marston, 1928), and Goleman EQ model. We cite sources on every result page for transparency.
Can you integrate with our ATS?▼
Enterprise tier includes API access and webhooks. We can integrate with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, and other ATS platforms. Candidates receive assessment links as part of your hiring pipeline, results flow back automatically.
What about data privacy and GDPR?▼
We are GDPR compliant. Data stored on EU servers (Supabase/AWS). Candidates can delete their data at any time. We do not sell data. Enterprise gets: SSO/SAML, data retention policies, DPA (Data Processing Agreement), and dedicated security review.
Do you offer facilitated workshops?▼
