At their best, Sixes are courageous, loyal, and community-building. At their worst, they become paranoid, indecisive, and reactive. Their growth path involves trusting themselves and developing inner security. Sixes can be phobic (avoidant of fear) or counterphobic (confronting fear aggressively).
