Influence (I) — DISC Style

A DISC behavioral style characterized by enthusiasm, optimism, and collaboration. I-styles are social, persuasive, and energized by interaction.

Influence (I) is one of four DISC behavioral styles. I-style people are enthusiastic communicators who focus on relationships, collaboration, and creating positive energy. They're the life of the party and natural persuaders.

Strengths: enthusiastic, collaborative, optimistic, creative, persuasive. Weaknesses: disorganized, overcommits, avoids conflict, can be superficial. Under stress, I-styles become scattered and people-pleasing.

I-styles thrive in marketing, sales, PR, teaching, entertainment, and team leadership. They make up ~25-30% of the population.
