What is the Arabic Personality Compass?
The Arabic Personality Compass is a free 36-question personality test built on one idea: most of how you show up day to day can be described by four directions. North is drive — naming the target, deciding early, owning the outcome. South is warmth — reading the room before the plan and holding people together. East is order — wanting the reasoning, the sequence and the detail. West is invention — reaching for the version nobody has tried yet. You answer 36 ordinary situations by picking the response closest to what you actually do, and the direction you pick most often becomes your result.

Describing personality as a compass with four directions is an old idea in popular psychology. The North/South/East/West wording traces to Diane Turner and Thelma Greco’s 1998 book The Personality Compass, and four-quadrant models of temperament run back much further — through Marston’s DISC work in the 1920s and Jung’s psychological types before that. This test uses only the general directional idea. Every situation, every option, every direction description and all twelve results here were written from scratch for JobCannon, and none of that earlier material is reproduced.
Your result is one dominant direction plus a blend. Because North sits opposite South and East opposite West, the second direction that shades you always comes from the crossing axis — so a North result is coloured East or West, never South. That gives twelve readable outcomes: four pure directions and eight blends, each described in terms of character, relationships, the work that fits, and how you tend to communicate. No direction is better than another, and nothing here measures ability.
