This is a scenario-based financial accounting test: 28 short situations of the kind that actually come up when closing a set of books, each with one correct answer. A supplier invoice that arrives before it is paid. A prepaid expense that should not hit the income statement all at once. A balance sheet that will not balance until one entry is traced back to the account it was really meant for. You pick the response that gets it right.

The 28 questions cover six areas — debits and credits, the income statement, the balance sheet, accrual versus cash timing, depreciation, and working capital. Those six are what a job posting means when it lists bookkeeping or accounts-assistant experience, and they build on each other in roughly that order: you cannot assemble a correct income statement without posting the entries under it correctly first. You get a score in each area, so a weak spot shows up as a weak spot rather than as a lower total.
It takes about six minutes, there is no signup, and the level throughout is assistant or junior-bookkeeper — not a CPA or chartered-accountant credential. Every question describes a real transaction or a real timing decision and asks what happens next, because reciting the rule and applying it to a specific entry are not the same skill.
