How to use this cluster
Each article pairs 12 behavioural questions with a recommended JobCannon assessment bundle for that role. The pattern that works in practice: run the bundle after a phone screen but before deep interviews. The trait data tells you which interview questions to probe more deeply. The interview data tells you whether the trait signal holds up under real-world pressure. Used together, they cut both interview bias and assessment over-reliance.
The voice is evidence-first by deliberate design. We do not recommend a candidate because they “feel like a fit” — we recommend them because the trait profile that predicts the role's success matches the trait profile their assessment surfaced, and their interview answers ground the trait pattern in observed behaviour.
