JobCannon ships native integrations to the eight largest ATS platforms by recruiter market share: Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, and Teamtailor. Greenhouse is live (Assessment Partner API), Ashby is on-request (sandbox available immediately), and the rest are on the Phase 1 roadmap (Q2-Q4 2026 + 2027 H1 for Bullhorn). For ATSes outside this list, the JobCannon Assessment API ($99/mo Business tier) lets you build a thin bridge in your own infrastructure with reference code we provide.
How is "native integration" different from a webhook bridge?+
Native integration = JobCannon is a registered Assessment Partner in the ATS's partner directory; customers install us with one click; the ATS routes assessment-related events to JobCannon natively (send, status, score). Webhook bridge = customer-built code that listens to ATS webhooks and POSTs to our public API. Native is faster to onboard and shows in the partner directory; webhook bridges work for any ATS but require customer engineering. JobCannon supports both patterns.

JobCannon ships 56 assessments total, but only 22 are in the hire-eligible B2B catalog: Big Five, DISC, EQ, IQ-style cognitive ability, integrity, conflict styles, leadership style, work style, values assessment, communication style and 12 more. Clinical screeners (depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism) and esoteric tests (natal chart, moon phase, spirit animal) are excluded by design — they create EEOC and ADA exposure when used in hiring decisions.
What does the score envelope look like?+
Every assessment returns the same envelope shape: status, partner_score (0-100 numeric), partner_profile_url, and metadata.envelope with structured dimensions[].score, archetype label, and narrative. This means your ATS scorecard logic is uniform across the 22-test catalog — no per-test schema mapping. Score normalisation is computed by JobCannon's scoring layer; you get the result, not the raw answers.
Is there a sandbox environment?+
Yes. Every credential is tagged is_sandbox=true|false at issue time. Sandbox sessions never count toward billing and are visible only in sandbox-mode admin views. The full lifecycle — send → email → candidate completes → score returned — runs end-to-end in sandbox without touching production data. Production credentials issue after a successful sandbox test cycle.
How does pricing work across ATSes?+
Same pricing across all integrations: free sandbox + first 5 invitations/mo; Business tier $99/mo flat for standard rate limits; partnership engagements scope white-label, dedicated rate limits up to 10,000 rpm, and EU/US data residency. The integration itself is free — no per-ATS surcharge.

What about adverse impact and EEOC compliance?+
JobCannon ships an Integrity scale and a Social Desirability scale on the validity-control side, and excludes clinical/esoteric tests from the B2B catalog. We provide adverse-impact reporting (4/5ths rule by demographic group) and validity documentation per assessment. The DPA template and SOC 2 controls are shipped with partnership contracts.
