Built for WIOA Title I American Job Centers
Validated career and skills assessments deployed at the AJC. Track-aware cohort tagging, case-manager dashboards, PIRL-friendly exports, kiosk and phone-first jobseeker flows. Funded under WIOA Title I admin or local WDB operating budget.
JobCannon for WIOA American Job Centers serves Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth participants under one platform with track-aware cohort tagging. Every participant takes assessments and accesses Career Guide free, with kiosk-mode or phone-first flows for participants without stable email. Case managers get a dashboard showing participant assessment history, RIASEC code, Career Guide recommendation, and timestamps suitable for PIRL element mapping (1801/1802 and career-services indicators). Track-specific batteries are pre-configured: Adult runs RIASEC, Big Five, Skills Audit, Career Match; Dislocated Worker prioritises Skills Audit, Transferable Skills, and demand-occupation Career Match; Youth runs Multiple Intelligences, Values, and a softer career-exploration tone. Co-enrolled participants are flagged on both track views without duplicating assessment workload. Operator cost is $199/mo Business tier or scoped under partnership for multi-AJC WDB operators. Procurement-ready quote letter provided. The platform complements CareerOneStop public assessments by adding case-manager visibility, longitudinal tracking, and validated Big Five and EQ alongside RIASEC.

Tell us your AJC volume, your tracks served, and your state MIS. We respond with a pilot plan and a procurement-ready quote letter within two business days.
Each track gets its own cohort tag inside the case-manager dashboard, and the assessment battery shifts with the track. Adult cohort runs RIASEC, Big Five, Skills Audit, and Career Match — the standard self-sufficiency lens. Dislocated Worker cohort prioritises Skills Audit, Transferable Skills mapping, and Career Match focused on demand-occupation lists for your local area. Youth (in-school 14-21 and out-of-school 16-24) gets Multiple Intelligences, Values, RIASEC, and a softer Career Guide tone designed for first-job exploration. Track-level reports stay separated for ETA-9173 and PIRL submissions.
JobCannon outputs assessment-completion data and Career Guide outcomes in CSV formats your state MIS staff can map into PIRL elements like 1801, 1802, and the career-services indicators. We do not file PIRL on your behalf — that is a state-level operation through your AOSOS, EmployFlorida, EFM, JobLink, or equivalent system. We provide a clean export of who completed which assessment, what their RIASEC code is, and what their Career Guide recommendation is, with timestamps suitable for participant-individual-record audits.
CareerOneStop offers free public assessments — Interest Assessment, Skills Matcher, Work Values Matcher — and most American Job Centers point participants there. JobCannon is what you deploy when you need a single platform with case-manager visibility, cohort tagging, validated Big Five and EQ alongside RIASEC, and Career Guide follow-through. CareerOneStop assessments are excellent for unauthenticated public use; JobCannon serves the authenticated case-managed flow with longitudinal tracking.
Yes. Every jobseeker takes assessments and accesses Career Guide at no cost, on their own device or on AJC kiosks, in unlimited number. The $199/mo Business tier covers the case-manager dashboard and cohort analytics for the AJC operator. Many AJCs fund this line through WIOA Title I administrative cost or local Workforce Development Board operating budget; we provide a procurement-ready quote letter formatted for your fiscal department.
Two patterns. (1) Kiosk mode — assessments run on AJC computers without requiring participant email; case manager creates a session token, participant completes on the kiosk, results print or email to the case manager for the participant file. (2) Phone-first link — case manager texts a one-time-token link the participant opens later. Both flows work for participants who do not have stable email addresses, which is common in Dislocated Worker and Youth populations.
Co-enrolled participants are tagged with both track flags and appear in both cohort views, with clear indication of co-enrolment in each. The assessment battery does not duplicate — a participant takes RIASEC once and the result counts for both track reports. This matches WIOA Section 121(c) co-enrolment expectations and prevents double-counting in your performance reports.
