They can optionally email the result PDF or share a link with you. On the Team tier ($79/mo) you can invite candidates directly and see their results in a shared dashboard.
Yes — with two caveats. (1) Never reject solely on personality test score. In the US, EEOC guidance and in the EU, GDPR Article 22 both restrict automated-decision hiring. Personality tests are legally a "screening aid" — the decision must be human. (2) Apply the same test to every candidate at the same stage. Selective testing creates a disparate-impact risk. Our tests are self-report (not clinical), validated (Big Five, DISC, Holland Codes), and meet the typical standard for pre-employment "non-selection" assessments used alongside interviews.
TestGorilla starts at $83/month for their Starter plan and charges per assessment type. Criteria Corp starts around $400/month and is geared toward mid-market. JobCannon is $0-79/mo and bundles all 50+ assessments — personality (DISC, Big Five, MBTI), cognitive-adjacent (EQ, critical thinking screeners), career-interest (RIASEC, career-match), and wellbeing (burnout risk). TestGorilla has stronger skills-testing (coding, typing, language proficiency); we do not — we focus on personality and career-fit. Use TestGorilla for skills + us for personality, or pick one if the overlap is enough.
Business tier ($199/mo) includes API access — you can pull candidate results into your ATS. Native integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday) are on the Enterprise tier. If your ATS is not listed, we build integrations for Enterprise customers on request. For now, most recruiters paste the link into the email template and attach the result PDF to the candidate record manually — works fine under ~50 hires/month.
Short, well-designed ones: no. Long, branded, surveilled ones: yes. The 5-minute DISC test has >80% completion among the founders we work with. The 15-minute Big Five sits around 65-75%. To maximise completion: (a) send after a first-round call (candidates who are engaged will finish), (b) tell them upfront how long it takes, (c) promise they will see their own results (they care about this more than you might think). Never send 4 tests at once before a human call — that is the kill-shot for candidate experience.
