Our assessments are built on peer-reviewed frameworks: Big Five (Costa & McCrae, 1992 — the gold standard in personality research), DISC (Marston, 1928), RIASEC/Holland Codes (used by O*NET and the US Department of Labor), and Goleman EQ (1995). They are self-report tools for awareness and conversation, not diagnostic tools, screening instruments, or medical devices.
