Public-sector workforce programmes
WIOA, TAA, veterans transition, refugee integration, unemployment-to-work. Free for participant cohorts. DPA-ready, multi-tier dashboards, military-skill translation, audio-narrated mode for low-literacy clients.
JobCannon for Government Workforce Programs supports public-sector deployments including WIOA-funded American Job Centers, TAA programmes for trade-displaced workers, VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment, DoD SkillBridge, refugee resettlement agency employment-readiness, and UK DWP Restart contractors. The platform provides a 25-35 minute career-readiness assessment battery (RIASEC, Big Five, Skills Audit, EQ) producing a concrete Career Guide with skill-gap analysis and recommended free courses. Participant-facing access is free; multi-tier dashboards (case manager → supervisor → board level) run on partnership engagements with full DPA, security questionnaire, and federal-vendor compliance documentation. An audio-narrated mode for low-literacy clients is in active build. Spanish localisation is in active build for refugee resettlement and bilingual workforce-board use; Arabic and Ukrainian are scoped on request. Military-skill translation via O*NET crosswalk is included for veterans cohorts. Used as evidence for WIOA Measurable Skill Gains and Credential Attainment Rate indicators.

Five common deployments. (1) WIOA-funded American Job Centers running career navigation for unemployed workers. (2) Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) for workers displaced by trade. (3) Veterans transition programmes (VA VR&E, DoD SkillBridge). (4) Refugee resettlement agencies running employment-readiness for newly arrived clients. (5) UK DWP partners and Restart programme contractors. The platform fits each because it is fast (25-35 minutes for the core battery), validated, and produces a concrete next-step Career Guide rather than a generic interests report.
Yes. We provide a signed Data Processing Agreement, a Vendor Information Form, a SOC 2-aligned security questionnaire response, a federal-vendor checklist, and a quote letter formatted for grant funding (WIOA, ESSA, Perkins V, EU ESF). Procurement teams in workforce boards have run this through review in two to four weeks; veterans agencies typically faster because the DPA template is widely accepted.
The core battery is at a Grade 6-8 reading level. For low-literacy clients, the platform offers an audio-narrated mode (in active build for English; Spanish narration follows). Visual-spatial assessments work for clients with limited English, and the Career Guide output is graphical-first with text alternatives. For refugee-resettlement use, Spanish localisation is in active build; Arabic and Ukrainian are scoped on request under partnership engagements.
Yes. The platform serves cohorts from 50 to 50,000 active participants. Workforce boards typically deploy with case-manager dashboards (a case manager sees their personal caseload), supervisor dashboards (a supervisor sees all their case managers), and board-level analytics (overall completion, archetype distribution, placement-to-baseline mapping). Multi-tier dashboards are available on partnership engagements.
JobCannon provides participant-level career-readiness data and aggregate cohort outcomes that workforce boards use as evidence for the Measurable Skill Gains indicator and Credential Attainment Rate. We do not replace your case-management system — we feed assessment and Career Guide data into it. Most boards integrate via Assessment API on the Business tier, with custom integration on partnership engagements for full WIOA Title I-B reporting workflows.
Veterans use the standard battery plus a Skills Audit calibrated to recognise military occupational specialties (MOS, AFSC, NEC). The Career Guide translates military experience into civilian-equivalent skills using the O*NET military crosswalk. SkillBridge cohorts run the platform during the last 60-180 days of service, producing an employer-ready Career Guide for transition to civilian work.
