For CHROs, CPOs, VPs People
Succession planning, leadership pipeline, exec team diagnostics, and culture-fit — for the whole org, not just the top 10. REST API and white-label from $199/mo. No SAML and no pre-built HRIS connector — we say so here rather than in your vendor review.
JobCannon is a 139 assessment platform built for CHROs and Chief People Officers running 200-10,000 person organisations. Core use cases: succession planning (Big Five, Leadership Style, EQ), leadership pipeline screening (360-adjacent self-awareness + conflict styles + values), exec team diagnostics (aggregated team DNA + compatibility), and org-wide culture-fit assessment. Unlike Hogan Assessments and Predictive Index (annual platform contracts) or Gallup Access (per person, plus certification costs), JobCannon starts at $199/mo (Scale tier: 200 people per billing period — one person however many assessments they take — plus REST API access and white-labeled reports) and scales to Enterprise (from $15k/year: unmetered assessments, branded environment on your own domain, compliance brief, SLA). Two things a CHRO evaluation usually scores that we do not have: SAML, Okta or Entra sign-in (sign-in is Google, which covers Google Workspace), and a pre-built HRIS connector — integration is through the REST API, and the connectors actually built are Greenhouse and Ashby on the recruiting side. Data is resident in the EU and that is not selectable — there is no US or APAC option. Assessments are self-report, research-validated, and cover Big Five (OCEAN), DISC, EQ (Goleman), RIASEC (Holland), MBTI, Enneagram, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann conflict styles, Schwartz values, and leadership-style self-diagnostics.
Six plays the platform supports today, described by what it does rather than by who else is running it.
Annual cost for a 1,000-person organisation
Scale is $199/mo and covers 200 people per billing period — one person, however many assessments they take — with REST API access and white-labeled reports. Enterprise (from $15k/yr) is where unmetered assessment, a branded environment on your own domain, the compliance brief and an SLA live.

Tell us org size, current stack (Hogan? Gallup? PI? Culture Amp?), and the use case you're trying to solve. We'll come back with a tailored rollout plan within 24 hours — no SDR, Peter personally.
Honest answer: not across every use case. Hogan's dark-side HDS and Gallup's CliftonStrengths have 30+ years of norming data and proprietary constructs we do not replicate. However, for 80-90% of practical CHRO use cases — leadership trait profiles, team-composition mapping, 360-style self-awareness, culture-fit, and succession-pipeline screening — our Big Five, EQ, Leadership Style, and Conflict Styles assessments deliver equivalent actionable signal at 2-5% of the cost. We recommend pairing: keep Hogan for C-suite selection if you already license it; use JobCannon for the rest of the org and pipeline.
Through the API, not through a connector. There is no native Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR or Lever integration, and none is in progress — the connectors we have actually built are Greenhouse and Ashby, both on the recruiting side. What Scale ($199/mo) and up include is REST API access: your team pulls results into whatever your HRIS is, and that is a few days of work for an integration developer rather than a switch. If a pre-built HRIS connector is a scored requirement in your evaluation, we do not meet it, and you should score it that way rather than hear it in week three of a pilot.
We are self-report, non-selection assessments. That means: legally safe to use as input to development and succession conversations, questionable to use as sole evidence for promotion/compensation decisions. The legal standard your employment counsel will apply: "was the assessment used consistently across similar populations, and was it one input among many?" — if yes to both, most jurisdictions are fine. We maintain a compliance brief (EEOC, GDPR, UK-GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA) available to Enterprise customers.
Scale tier ($199/mo) gives you white-labeled PDF reports (your logo, your brand colors) and your name and colours on the page the employee lands on. Enterprise adds a branded test-taking experience on a domain of yours such as assessments.yourcompany.com — set up by hand rather than self-serve, so treat it as scoped work with a lead time. It is not SSO-gated: sign-in is Google, which covers Google Workspace, and there is no SAML or Entra option to gate it with. Embedding inside an LMS or internal talent marketplace is done against the REST API.
Faster than the timeline this page used to quote, because most of what that timeline described does not exist. There is no SSO to wire and no data-residency setup step — sign-in is Google, and data is resident in the EU with nothing to choose. What is left is the branded environment, which is manual work on our side, and then distribution: a shared link per business unit gets people answering immediately, or an emailed list gives you per-person completion tracking with up to three automatic reminders. The long pole is your internal comms and participation, not our deployment. Note the metering before you plan: quota is per PERSON per billing period, so an org-wide rollout is an Enterprise conversation, not a $199 plan.
Honest framing: the per-test cost savings vs Hogan/Gallup/PI are real but usually not the main reason CHROs buy. The bigger lever is adoption. Free internal self-service ("any manager can send any test to any direct report, any time") creates 5-10x the volume of insight compared to the 1-2 facilitated workshops per year that a Hogan contract typically funds. ROI comes from volume-of-insight, not per-seat cost arbitrage.
