The underlying engine — 53 validated assessments, 2,536-career knowledge graph, AI Career Guide, scoring, and result generation — is JobCannon’s and stays current as we improve it. White-label setup is three to five business days. Available on the Business tier ($199/mo flat, unlimited users) and on partnership engagements for multi-brand or multi-tenant deployments. (2) Theming — your primary, secondary, and accent colours, your logo on every page, your favicon, your fonts where licensable. (3) Copy — hero headlines, intro text, result-page framing, email templates all editable in admin. (4) Footer — your organisation, your privacy policy, your terms; no JobCannon mentions in user-visible surfaces. (5) Email sender — outbound email from your domain (you provide DNS records, we configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC). The underlying assessment engine, scoring, knowledge graph, and Career Guide logic stay JobCannon — that is the value you are licensing. We do not sell the engine itself; we sell the engine wrapped in your brand.
Three to five business days from signed contract. Day one: domain CNAME, SSL provisioning, theme tokens loaded, logo and favicon uploaded. Day two: copy review and edits in admin, email template branding. Day three to four: DNS records for outbound email, end-to-end test from intake to result delivery. Day five: client review and go-live. We do most of this for you on the Business and Partnership tiers; you provide the assets and we configure.
Yes. The admin lets you whitelist which of the 56 assessments appear in your white-label deployment. A school might enable RIASEC, Big Five, Multiple Intelligences, and Skills Audit only. A workforce board might add EQ and Conflict Styles. A coaching practice might enable the full battery. Hidden assessments are not visible to your users at all. You can change this list at any time without re-deploying.
No, not on user-visible surfaces. Your domain, your colours, your logo, your copy. The only place JobCannon appears is in compliance footers where required (data processor disclosure under GDPR, for example) — typically one line in fine print on the privacy policy. For partnerships where co-branding helps trust (e.g., "Powered by JobCannon" badge), we offer that as an option on a discounted tier.
Business tier is $199/mo flat for unlimited users on a single white-label deployment. There is no per-user fee. For partnerships running multiple separate brands or multi-tenant deployments, we move to a partnership engagement with scope-based pricing. The pricing model is intentional — most career-assessment platforms charge per-seat, which makes pilot-to-scale conversion expensive. Flat pricing means cohort growth costs nothing, and you can run the platform across your full population without budget conversations every six months.
Yes. Your white-label deployment owns its data. Aggregate cohort exports come as CSV or PDF; raw participant data exports require participant consent (GDPR/COPPA-aligned). You can deactivate the deployment at any time and we provide a full data export within five business days. We do not commingle your data with other clients or use it to train models without explicit contract terms.
