Channel + integration partners
For ATS, HRIS, LMS, and HR-tech platforms that want validated career assessment, a 2,521-career knowledge graph, and Career Guide as a feature in their existing product. Three integration patterns, two commercial tracks, one engine.
JobCannon Partners is the channel program for ATS, HRIS, HR-tech, learning-platform, and career-services vendors who want to embed career assessment into an existing product. Three integration patterns are supported: hosted iframe (1-2 days to ship, fastest), headless API (1-3 engineer-weeks, full control over UI), and data ingest (POST prior psychometric data, receive a JobCannon Career Guide back). The underlying engine ships 181 assessments, a 2,521-career knowledge graph with 1,863 skills and 57,490 edges, AI-generated Career Guide with skill-gap analysis, and webhook events on every completion. Two commercial tracks: rev-share (20/80 on every test or Career Guide — the partner keeps 20%, JobCannon keeps 80% and runs content, engine, hosting, and support; one published number for every partner) and flat licensing (Scale tier from $199/mo for API access plus 200 assessments a month, Enterprise from $15k/yr for contract-scoped volume plus SLA). Partnership includes API onboarding, marketplace listing on this page, co-marketing budget per scope, and quarterly product-roadmap previews. White-label deployment available on Scale and Enterprise so the participant experience runs on your domain with your brand. GDPR-aligned data-processor agreement. Currently piloting integration partnerships with ATS and corporate L&D vendors in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe.
Four layers, scoped per engagement.

For a product embedding career assessment for 50,000 annual users
Partner program sits on top of the Assessment API for technical detail, and uses the white-label layer when partners want the participant experience on their own domain with their own brand. The JobCannon for Business hub covers direct-sale tiers (Starter, Team, Scale, Enterprise) for institutions that buy us without an embedding partner in the middle.
ATS and HRIS vendors evaluating embedded career assessment typically scope a 30-day pilot on sandbox, then either ship a hosted-iframe pilot to a subset of their customers (1-2 days) or commit to a headless API integration (1-3 engineer-weeks). Career-coaching SaaS and university career-services platforms usually start with the for-coaches direct-sale model and graduate to a partner agreement once volume justifies API access.
Track A: 20/80 rev-share — you keep 20% of revenue on every test or Career Guide, no minimum subscription, one published number for every partner. Track B: a flat licence — Scale ($199/mo, 200 candidates a billing period, full API access), Growth ($999/mo, 1,000), or Enterprise (from $15k/yr, volume scoped in the contract, SLA, custom rate limits), which is where a product embedding assessment for 50,000 users a year lands. A has no minimum; B costs less once volume grows.

Four typical adopters. (1) Applicant Tracking Systems that want a career-fit signal alongside their pipeline data, so their customers can see which roles a candidate actually maps to. (2) Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) that want internal-mobility recommendations baked into the employee record. (3) Learning Management Systems and corporate L&D platforms embedding skill-gap analysis and recommended learning paths after each assessment. (4) Career-coaching SaaS, university career-services portals, and workforce-board case-management systems that want validated psychometrics inside their existing client tooling instead of redirecting users to a third party. Each integration runs about 1-3 engineer-weeks for a typical implementation.
Three patterns. (1) Hosted iframe: drop a single embed script, your users take the assessment inside an iframe on your domain, you receive scored results via webhook. Fastest to ship, 1-2 days. (2) Headless API: RESTful endpoints for assessment session lifecycle (start, fetch questions, submit answers, complete and score) plus Career Guide generation. You render the UI in your own product. 1-3 engineer-weeks. (3) Data ingest: POST prior assessment data into the engine and receive a JobCannon-format Career Guide with 2,521-career matches and skill-gap analysis. Built for partners who already have psychometric data and want our knowledge-graph layer. Full technical detail on the dedicated Assessment API page.
Two tracks. Track A is rev-share. You list us in your marketplace or embed our assessment in your product, and we share revenue on every test or Career Guide your users complete. The split is 20/80: you keep 20%, we keep 80% and run the content, engine, hosting, and support. One published number for every partner, not negotiated deal by deal. Track B is flat licensing. You pay a Scale or Enterprise tier subscription and embed without rev-share. Scale ($199/mo) includes API access and 200 assessments a month — every instrument you assign spends one, so an invite carrying three tests spends three; Enterprise (from $15k/yr) covers contract-scoped volume, custom rate limits, and SLA. Track A has no minimum and no subscription, so it is the lower-commitment way in; Track B becomes the cheaper of the two once your volume makes 80% of rev-share cost more than the tier does.
Four things. (1) Marketplace listing or directory placement on our partner page (this page) and in any partner-discovery surfaces we ship. (2) Co-marketing budget for case studies, joint webinars, and conference co-presence, scoped per partnership. (3) Technical onboarding by a dedicated engineer for the first 30 days post-contract, including sandbox setup, OAuth credentials, webhook configuration, and end-to-end smoke tests. (4) Quarterly product roadmap previews so you can plan integrations against new instruments or KG expansions before they ship. Partnership level dictates the depth of each layer.
Partner-attributed users live in a partner-scoped tenant. We do not commingle your users with our direct B2C or other partners. Aggregate analytics on your partner-scoped tenant are visible to you in a partner dashboard. We do not train models on partner data without explicit contract terms. Two things we are asked for and do not have: exports are not gated on a per-participant consent record — there is no consent-capture step in the flow — and there is no selectable data region, on Enterprise or any other tier; the platform runs on a single Supabase project. On partnership termination we provide a full data export within five business days and purge from our systems within thirty days.
Yes on Scale and Enterprise tiers. Your partner deployment can run on your domain (assessment.yourpartnerbrand.com) with your colours, your logo, your copy, and your outbound email sender. The JobCannon name appears only in compliance footers where required (GDPR data-processor disclosure, typically one line in fine print). See the white-label page for the full theming and copy-editing surface; partner deployments use the same engine plus a partner-tenant scope on top.
Fill the form below with your product, expected user volume, integration pattern preference (hosted iframe, headless API, or data ingest), and your commercial preference (rev-share or flat licensing). Peter (the founder) replies within one business day with a fit assessment and next steps. First call is technical scoping plus commercial framing; second touchpoint is sandbox credentials and a 30-day pilot plan. We do not run multi-month evaluation cycles for partners; pilot or no pilot is usually decided within two weeks.
