Unlike legacy "ATS hooks", Workable has a purpose-built Assessment API: list_assessments, create_assessment_invitation, get_assessment_result, webhook events. Cleaner than Greenhouse's callback-URL pattern.
Same 22-test catalog
Big Five, DISC, EQ, IQ, integrity, conflict styles, values, leadership style, work style. Clinical and esoteric tests excluded.
Workable Marketplace listing
Once live, JobCannon will be discoverable in the Workable Partner Marketplace. Customers can install with one click; sandbox credentials issue immediately.

Workable admin assigns one or more JobCannon assessments to specific job stages. 22-test catalog available.

Recruiter creates an assessment invitation from the candidate stage. Workable POSTs to JobCannon; JobCannon emails the candidate.

Why does Workable use OAuth instead of Basic Auth like Greenhouse?+
Workable's Assessment API is a purpose-built partner-API surface, not a legacy ATS hook. OAuth 2.0 client credentials let Workable issue per-customer tokens with scoped permissions and rotate them without breaking integrations. Functionally equivalent for vendors; cleaner from a security audit perspective.
Will the same JobCannon test catalog work in Workable?+
Yes. The 22-test hire-eligible catalog (Big Five, DISC, EQ, IQ, integrity, etc.) is provider-agnostic. Adding a new ATS surfaces the same catalog without per-provider mapping.
Will I need to migrate from another assessment vendor?+
JobCannon supports a "submit prior data" pattern for organisations switching from incumbent vendors (Pymetrics, Plum, Criteria, etc.). POST your historical assessment data to our API and we'll generate Career Match envelopes for past candidates so you don't lose pipeline history.
